Basically a pressure cooker is a pan with a suitably designed arrangement for locking its lid, so that pressure and temperature of steam within it is maintained and that leads to quicker cooking. With everybody being hard pressed for time because of pressure of work at home and office, it has become quite customary to consume fast or processed food and takeaways that not only lack nutrition, leading to health problems, but is more expensive too.
